层级电催化氧化设备 LEVELING ELECTROLYSIS OXYDATION
理论基础: 通过电解催化技术,产生自然界仅次于氟的最强氧化基团-羟基自由基,通过超级氧化反应,可对各种杂质进行氧化去除。 复杂废液成分非常复杂,各种成分各自需要不同的氧化电位值进行氧化。复杂成分会使氧化效果大大降低,或者成本大大提高。
不均匀电位氧化: 氧化采取分层,不同分层的氧化电位差异化分布,顶部低位,底部高位。 本系统不强求将大部分COD物质氧化分解,而是在氧化的基础上,破坏、改变高污染废液的性质,使稳定态物质趋于不稳定,同时改变分子带电状态。不同的物质经过不同电位的催化氧化,通过不同强度电场后,可适应后续的过滤吸附泥层特性,被其有效阻挡、吸附并有效分离。 电解过程同步产生微纳米级气泡,在过滤器之前,先期裹挟悬浮物上升至水体表面通过排泥器去除。
Theoretical basis: through electrolysis catalytic technology, strongest oxidation group in nature next to fluoride - hydroxyl radicals, super oxidation reaction removes various impurities. Wasted liquid compositions are complicated; various components need different oxidation electric potentials. Complexity makes oxidation effect greatly reduced, or costs greatly raised.
Uneven potential oxidation: oxidation is levelled up; oxidation potential of different layers distributes from lower on the top and higher on the bottom. This system does not importune most of the COD material oxidized and decomposed, but on the basis of the oxidation, to damage and change the nature of the polluted waste liquids; to lead the stable matters into unstable state. At the same time, the molecular electric charge status would be changed. Different materials by different potential catalytic oxidation, through different electric field intensity, can adapt to the follow-up adsorption characteristics of sludge layer in the self-media filter and effectively blocked and adsorbed. During the electrolytic process, micro/nano level bubbles are generated, before the filter, first part of suspended matters rise to the surface of water and are removed through the sludge collector.

 

 

自聚集过滤设备 SELF-AGGREGATING FILTRATION
理论基础:根据Stokes定律和同向凝聚理论,因流体同方向扰动,流体内部细小颗粒在碰撞的同时,发生“阻滞-结合-凝聚-长大”的过程; 投加混凝剂,使废水中固有的溶解状态污染物有聚集成胶体的趋势,在进入过滤器后,水流方向和形式造成紊流,互相碰撞聚集,形成微小悬浮颗粒状污泥; 利用旋流和水力折返动态调节,在过滤器内物料上升的过程中,悬浮污泥颗粒絮体和水快速分离,不断聚集,升力与重力平衡时,形成悬浮泥层; 利用悬浮泥层的过滤作用,阻挡后续悬浮物,过滤细小胶体颗粒,吸附色素、有机大分子物质、微生物等; 此悬浮泥层的动态精密过滤效果可达纳米级别; 悬浮泥层顶部不断向污泥浓缩器卸载,底部不断补充,持续形成流动态过滤层,持续达到处理标准; 悬浮泥层的下部存在部分倾向于失去絮凝态的有机物,本系统将其适当返回层级氧化器的高电位部分,再次进行氧化。
Theoretical basis: according to Stokes' law and coaxial condensation theory, due to the disturbance of the fluid in the same direction, the process of “retargeting - binding - condensing - growing” of the particles in the fluid occurs during the collision. Adding coagulant, the pollutants in the inherent dissolved state in the waste water tend to aggregate into colloids. After entering the filter, the flow direction and form cause turbulence, the pollutants collide and aggregate with each other to form micro-suspended granular sludge. With the dynamic adjustment of swirling flow and hydraulic return, during the process of material rising in the filter, suspended sludge particles and flocs are rapidly separated from water, and continuously gather. When lift force and gravity are balanced, suspended sludge layer is formed. The filtration effect of suspended sludge layer is used to block subsequent suspended solids; filter small colloidal particles, and adsorb colors, organic macromolecules and microorganisms. The dynamic precise filtration effect of the suspended layer can be of nano-level. The top of the suspended layer is continuously unloaded to the sludge concentrator, and the bottom is constantly replenished to form the dynamic filtration layer, which continuously reaches the treatment standard. The organic matter in the lower part of the suspended layer tends to lose its flocculation state. This system returns it to the high potential part of the oxidationer appropriately and oxidized again.
